description Campground is open seasonally. Sites in the tent-only area are limited to 6 people and 2 tents per site. Tent-only campsites do not have toilets, electricity or hookups. Water is nearby. Showers and restrooms are located in the main camp loop. Two reservable, 2' x 4' charcoal grills, $25 per day. Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife operates a fish hatchery located in the Riverside day use area. The fish hatchery annually raises and releases over one million chinook salmon. The hatchery is open to the public. There is a disc golf course. Discs are for sale and to rent at the park. For more information call 503-630-7150. All vehicles and trailers must have all wheels parked on the asphalt in the individual campsites. MAKE SURE YOUR SITE MEETS YOUR CAMPING NEEDS Before reserving, please become familiar with the particulars of your chosen site, including the size of the tent pad area and the type of equipment that you may bring to the park. importantInformation OPRD recently voluntarily tested state park water systems for lead. Samples at Milo McIver State Park showed lead levels higher than the acceptable limits of 0.015 milligrams per liter. As of Oct. 14, 2016 water at all campsite connections has been turned off. All other water in the park has been designated non-potable. One vehicle is included with your site fee. The nightly Extra Vehicle fee is $7.00. Extra vehicle fees are to be paid at park. A $5.00 day use fee is charged for all vehicles using the day use facilities or visiting the campground. This fee does not apply to vehicles staying overnight in the campground. NEW to reservations, two 2'x4' charcoal grills, $25 per day.Kayak tours, every Sunday, Monday and Thursday, mid June through September. Reservations available by phone only, call 800-452-5687. The campground gate is closed at 10pm. Campers planning to arrive at the park after 10pm should contact the park office at 503-630-7150 for gate information. There is an $8 reservation fee per site reserved. An $8 transaction fee is charged for any date or site changes made to an existing reservation. *Reservations for more than five nights/days that are later changed to fewer nights/days by cancelling nights at the end of the stay will only pay an $8 transaction fee.
